Give Thanks, Share Snacks! Sweepstakes Official Rules

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a public Instagram account at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection. Employees of Sponsor (see Section 10) and its promotional partners and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins November 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET and ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants must:

  1. Follow @DixieGracesBoiledPeanuts on Instagram.

  2. Like the official giveaway post.

  3. Comment on the giveaway post, tagging someone they’re thankful for and sharing why they’re grateful for that person.

Limit one entry per person. Only the first qualifying comment from each Instagram account counts; additional comments will not increase the chances of winning. Entries from fake, bulk or automated accounts are void. No purchase necessary.

4. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive two (2) Dixie Grace’s Boiled Peanuts Starter Kits: one to keep and one to share with someone they’re thankful for. Ten (10) Starter Kits will be awarded in total.

Each Starter Kit includes one (1) 4 oz pouch of Original Boiled Peanuts, one (1) 4 oz pouch of Hot & Spicy Boiled Peanuts and four (4) 1 oz Dry Toppers. Prizes contain peanuts and are not suitable for anyone with a peanut allergy.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $30.00 per Starter Kit.

Total ARV of all prizes: $300.00.

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Five (5) potential winners will be randomly selected by Sponsor from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @DixieGracesBoiledPeanuts account and must respond within 72 hours. If a potential winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will never ask entrants or winners for payment, credit card information or passwords; any message asking for these is not from Sponsor and should be reported to Instagram. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

6. Prize Fulfillment

Each confirmed winner will receive two (2) Starter Kits shipped together to one valid U.S. shipping address provided by the winner. Winners are encouraged to share the second Starter Kit with the person they tagged. Shipping is provided at no cost to winners. Prizes will ship within approximately two (2) weeks after the winner confirms a shipping address. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost or delayed in transit.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s terms of use. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries and to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner’s Instagram handle and first name in Instagram posts and Stories without further compensation.

Release: By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. and their affiliates from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of a prize.

Governing law: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Winners list: For a list of winners, email info@dixiegracesboiledpeanuts.com with the subject line “Give Thanks Sweepstakes Winners” by January 31, 2027.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected from winners will be used for sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at dixiegracesboiledpeanuts.com/policies/privacy-policy.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility related to this promotion.
